Tempest Mk.II/F.2

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British Hawker Tempest fighter aircraft. The F.2 version (Mk.II) was introduced just after the end of the war. It included tropicalized improvements to fight against Japan in the Pacific theater.

Mk.II was produced in two variants, F.2 and FB.2, a fighter bomber version with strengthened wings and underwing hardpoints for bomb and rocket pylons as the box illustration suggest to be.

Box includes 3 markings, 2 for 1945 and one for 1951 at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) base.
