De Havilland Mosquito Mk. IX/NF. 30

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British WWII de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito, a twin engined polivalent aircraft that performed well in the different roles of light bomber, fighter-bomber, night fighter, naval attack aircraft or reconnaissance. Produced in over 7000 units was one of the fastest aircraft in the world in the early WWII and remained in service till late 50s – early 60s.

An original Matchbox kit tooled in 1976 released at least 5 times by Matchbox till 1992. After this, kit was never released again by Revell or others.

During all its life, the kit kept a decal sheet with two British markings but used three different box arts, which as mentioned other times, was not the usual in Matchbox without a decal and code number change.
