Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. WW2 submarine of Gato Class.

Kit consists of over 569 parts, a multimedia kit with parts made of plastic, PE (photo etched) detail parts and wooden parts.

Initially released in 2007, it has been released also with code numbers 05047, 85-0384 (different decals and two boxes variants with same code), 85-0396 (different decals and two boxes variants with same code) and now 05168 (upgraded with PE, metal and wooden parts) being the latest release in the series at the time of write this.
