This kit is a reissue of the old ESCI kit ESCI – 8369 – 8027 – Sd. Kfz. 250/3 tooled in 1975. Sadly Italeri reproduced the ugly single piece tracks ESCI originally tooled. It’s not the only flaw of the kit, but in our opinion is the worse one. Front wheels are not correct too, other problems as the basic interior are minor problems.

Italeri issue contained 4 markings, including the famous Rommel command vehicle GREIF used in North Africa 1942 and depicted in the box art. The kit also includes three hard plastic figures, one of them Rommel himself, though quality of this figures is bit basic.
