NAKAJIMA KI 43-II KAI

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Japanese WWII land based fighter aircraft NAKAJIMA KI-43. Introduced in 1941 almost 6000 units were build. Produced in three main variants, I, II and III, all of them with an excellent maneuverability but lightly armed.

II KAI variant, had ejector exhaust stacks increasing power as well as an additional fuel tank to increase range. were also able to carry bombs on the drop tank mountings. Usually was fitted with 2 × 12.7 mm machine guns in the forward fuselage.

Kit includes resin parts and vacuform canopies. Decal sheet allows up to 4 different markings.
