Description:

Fw 190A-8 standard wings
(Weekend Edition)

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII fighter aircraft Focke-Wulf Fw 190.

A-8 variant entered production in late 1994, it used as power plant both the BMW 801 D-2 or the 801Q/TU, with an improved thicker armour for the front annular cowling and also fitted the emergency injection boost system for 10 minutes extra power which could be use up to three times with a 10 minutes pause between them for cooling. The standard wings were introducing during prototyping to address issues with the initial design and were kept in all the major production versions.

Eduard revives their Fw 190A-8 molds with this new reedition. As Weekend Edition, the basic line of Eduard, kit doesn’t include PE parts, resin or paint mask, just a basic classic plastic model kit with decals.

Decal sheet includes 4 markings.
