Handley Page Heyford MkI/II/III

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British Handley Page Heyford twin engined biplane bomber of the 30s. Almost obsolete since its introduction in 1933-1934 was declared officially obsolete by 1939 although replacement by newer designs was happening since 1937. During 40s was used in secondary roles such trainer or target tug.

Original Matchbox kit tooled in 1980 and released one more time in 1989. Box Art was the same despite the layout and code number changes as well as decal sheet was the same too.

Included decal sheet with 3 RAF markings, dated 1934 to 1938.

Revell re-released the kit under the “Revell Classics” label in 2008 with an updated decal sheet.

As per 2022 this remains as the only depiction in 1/72 scale of the Handley Page Heyford.
