Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a SEPECAT Jaguar ground attack aircraft, an Anglo-French develop introduced in the early 70s, initially planned as a trainer aircraft, quickly evolved to the attack role as main role.

Jaguar S / Jaguar GR1 is a single-seat all-weather tactical strike, ground-attack fighter version for the Royal Air Force.

Originally tooled in 1974, Matchbox released this kit till 1982, and later updated the kit in 1986 converting it to the two-seat trainer version, released as Matchbox – PK-128 (40128) – BAe Jaguar T.Mk2. The kit included two RAF markings. Initially it was entitled as B.A.C. ‘S’ Jaguar and in 1982 when it got a new box art and layout the title was updated to BAC Jaguar GR.1.
