F-80C Shooting Star
Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star the first operational jet fighter aircraft of the USAAF introduced in the very late WWII and retired from the U.S. service in 1959. The F-80C variant (USAF designation of P-80C) was the main production version of the aircraft, as well as several earlier models converted to this standard from 1948 to 1950.
A blast from the past, an original Airfix kit tooled in 1973. Kit consists of 52 plastic parts and includes decal sheet with two markings, both suitable for Korean War.
