Stirling Mk. III

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British WWII Short Stirling heavy bomber. Produced in over 2000 units and in service during all the war different variants were used in different roles, but the Mk.III variant was the specific heavy bomber version, powered by Bristol Hercules XVI engines.

Kit includes decal sheet with 5 markings. Not very common in Italeri, kit also includes PE (Photo Etched) parts. Kit includes parts for the H2S radar, which optionally can be mount, a feature of late Stirling Mk. IIIs. H2S radar was the first airborne ground radar.
