Hawker Cygnet
with ABS Skorpion Engine
Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Hawker Cygnet ultralight competition biplane aircraft built by Hawker for a 1924 competition organized by the Royal Aero Club. Two aircrafts were built, one using a Anzani engine and the other an ABC Scorpion engine. Later in 1926 both aircrafts were updated to use a Bristol Cherub III engine. The aircraft was were light, all wooden and fabric.
Model kit represent the ABC Scorpion engine variant. Limited edition, only 500 pieces.
