The Ausf. F version was developed for reconnaissance purposes, as some earlier version. Was developed from March 1941 to December 1942 (over 524 units were produced.) It was upgraded with 35 mm armour on front, and 15mm for lateral and back armour. As a light tank, the Pz. II, was used in early campaigns, until it was retired from fire line to reconnaissance , occupation and minor fronts.
His chassis , developed before war, was debugged during years, and was used for a large number of specialized vehicles , as self-propelled guns including the Wespe and Marder II.
The Altaya’s model depict a Pz. II in Africa campaign, and is basic finished as always, but one more time, this model is not available in other diecast manufacturers.
