M18 HELLCAT

Unassembled plastic model in 1/72 scale of a U.S. WWII M18 Hellcat tank destroyer which also saw service during Korean War. Fitted with a 76mm gun, initial production plans were cutdown to 2500 units produced from 1943 until October 1944 and eventually was replaced by the more powerful, 90mm gun, MM36 tank destroyer. M18 HELLCATs had thin armour and open top turret, which gave them a top speed of around 90Km/h in improved roads.

Box contains two equal models inside, with basic detail and easy-quick built, suitable for the younger hobbyists and wargames. Models are correct and allow up-detail with scratch build parts or aftermarket for the more experienced but they are really basic and simplified models.
