Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of an Sci-Fi/Anime subject from Macross, the popular Japanese anime franchise started in 1982. The kit belong to the Macross Frontier, the third TV series of the Macross universe aired in 2008.

Fully transformable between its Fighter, Gerwalk, and Battroid modes, the Valkyrie can smoothly switch from any one of its three modes with the use of metal shafts in the wings and nose.

An unpainted in-scale Alto pilot figure in a sitting pose is included. Stand not included. Kit is snap fit type, not requiring glue and parts are cast in several colors.

In 2008 this was the first release of the newly tooled VF-25F transformable kit by Bandai, starting a series that spawned for years up to 20 releases between variations and reissues. The VF-25F is the main variable of the newer VF-25 introduced in 2059 and depicted for first time in the Macross Frontier serie.
