Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting Japanese medieval “samurais”, including a mix of almost all the elements of the Japanese feudal army from spearmen to musketeers.

This set is a rework of set LW – 2011 – Samurai Warriors.

Style of figures is bit chunky compared to other makers and some of the poses trend to be flat though others are quite interesting and not bad done. In our favorites are the men reloading the musket, the archer and the men with hammer which is a curious figure. Quality of the sculpture and cast is below the work from makers like Zvezda, but this set is still of some utility to add variety in poses complementing the work of others. In total the new box offers 30 figures, including 6 mounted figures in two poses with horses also in two poses and 24 foot figures.
