Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting U.S. Infantry soldiers in very early stages WWII, wearing the distinctive M1917 pattern helmet, almost identical to the British Mk.I from what it was developed during the WWI. The U.S. designed the new M1 helmet in 1941 and immediately started mass production but for example U.S. Marine Corps did not completed the replaced till early 1942.

Despite of this, the old M1917 saw little action during the WWII, and this is the third set that Strelets devotes to this subject (see related kits section below). Box include 52 figures in 13 different poses, a 4 equal sprue format as common in the M series.
