Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Douglas A-1 Skyraider, an attack aircraft able to operate from carriers introduced in 1946. Despite the heavy changes military aviation suffered in the following decades this particular piston engine remained in service till the early 70s.

AD-5Q (later designated as EA-1F) is a specific electronics countermeasures version with around 54 units produced (converted from other AD-5 airframes).

Variation of kit A&A Models – 7228 – AD-5W “SkyRaider” American Attack Aircraft, both released in 2023, based on the molds tooled by Skale Wings in 2016. This molds remain the only in 1/72 scale for the AD-5 airframes.

Kit consists of around 194 parts, include PE parts, decal sheet with 3 U.S. Navy markings and adhesive paint mask.
