Hasegawa – 02456 – TORNADO GR Mk.1 “DEFENCE RESEARCH AGENCY”

Limited edition of Hasegawa Panavia Tornado kit with a new decal sheet for the British Defence Research Agency, Royal A.F. MoD(PE) Defense Research Agency Code: ZA326.

The Tornado ZA326 is the only Mk.1 still preserved. A fire destroyed the rear of the aircraft in 1980, before it was flown for first time. Repaired, had its maiden flight in 1983, painted with the Royal Aircraft Establishment “Raspberry Ripple” color scheme as the kit marking.
