Heller – 80358 – TRANSALL C-160 RETRO BRUMMEL

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Transall C-160 transport aircraft, a join venture between  France and Germany introduced in the 60s and retired of service few years ago (as per 2023 remains in active service in Turkey).

An original Heller kit (First time released in 1984 under Heller-Humbrol brand) keep in catalogue of the french brand since 80s with several updates and different decals. This 2023 release includes a new decal sheet with one single marking for a German C-160 in its last tour in 2021 when the C-160 were decommissioned in Germany. Kit consists of just 57 parts, a low number for an aircraft of these dimensions in 1/72 scale, kit has a wingspan of around 55cm and a length over 48cm, which gives you an impression about complexity and detail level of the kit.
