ICM – 72206 – Ki-21-Ia RTAF Thailand’s Heavy Bomber

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Japanese WWII Mitsubishi Ki-21 heavy bomber (Type 97 Heavy Bomber), variant Ia, the first production model, in Thai service.

In 9140 Japan sold 9 Ki-21 to Thailand, but the type saw no action in the Thay-Vichy France war as the crews were not trained. Thailand retained the aircrafts and operated them even post war.

Kit derived from ICM – 72203 – Ki-21-Ib “Sally” with a new decal sheet including four markings for the RATF (Royal Thai Air Force). Kit consists of around 163 parts.
