LFG Roland D.IIa “Haifisch”

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWI single seat fighter LFG Roland D.II, introduced in 1917 with around 300 units built of all its variants. IIa version was powered by a 180hp Argus As.III and due its poor performance was mainly relegated to eastern front.

Kit includes decal sheet with 3 markings, 1917-18 dates, including Ace Gerhard Fieseler (Jasta 25, based in Kanatlarci, Macedonia, till June 1918. ) The other two markings belong to Jasta 31 (baed in France and Italy during 1917) and Jasta 27 (western front).
