Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) – KPM0435 – Let L-410UVP-E “Turbolet”

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Czech (originally Czechoslovakia) Let L-410 Turbolet short range transport aircraft and regional airliner introduced in 1970 and still produced in upgraded variants.

UVP-E variant is an improved version of the UVP (which was the developed to fit Aeroflot requirements), with very good STOL (Short take-off and landing) capabilities, fitted with a M601E engine and five-bladed Avia V510 propellers. E variant also introduce extra external fuel tanks in the wings tips.

This is the first release of a series of related kits tooled and released in 2024 by KP. Include a decal sheet with 4 markings, including 3 Czech markings (Air Force, Official Government and Air Ostrava) and one Polish marking, medical aircraft.
