Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Soviet Polikarpov Po-2, a very successful utility biplane introduced in 1929 and originally conceived as a trainer aircraft. Production ended in 1959 with a rough number produced between 20.000 and 30.000 examples in all different variants.

For the winter conditions, the Po-2 was often build on skies rather than wheels, this kit, based in the old KP kit originally tooled in 1975, received in 2004 the update of skies carriage, as well as update with parts for two containers for stretchers, that could be fitted over lower wings with the aircraft performing as air ambulance.

Kit include decal sheet with 3 markings for Soviet, Yugoslav and Finnish (captured) aircrafts.
