Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Consolidated PBY Catalina, a flying boat developed in mid 30s and keep in service till 50s as maritime patrol aircraft, anti-submarine or search and rescue.

Kit uses Academy kit, for example Academy – 12573 – USN PBY-5A The Battle of Midway 80th Anniversary, considered a very good kit, also issued as repack under Hobby 2000 brand and one of the favorite subjects of Wolfpack Design with several other releases using same kit as base.

Kit adds a new decal sheet with 3 U.S. navy markings, dated 1941 to 1942. Include also paint mask.
