During the large Siege of Leningrad, Izhorsky plant produced number of improvised armoured cars reusing what they had at hand. The kit offered here seems to be fitted with a t-26 turret, over what could be a GAZ-AAA truck armored body, resembling to a BA-3 or BA-6 armoured car. It’s usually know the preference of Izhorsky to use ZIL-5 or ZIL-6 trucks chassis, but Military Wheels doesn’t produced ever these trucks, hence using their GAZ-AAA kit as base for the chassis. We can’t confirm such vehicle was ever created on Izhorsky plant.
