Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII armoured half track Sd.Kfz.251, Version 2, the 81mm mortar (GrW34) carrier, fitted with a Wurfrahmen 40 which was able to fire different rockets, such the 28cm high explosive rockets, same munition than Nebelwerfer 41. D variant, produced from 1943, simplified the number of angled plates to speed up production, D models can be recognized by their single piece sloping rear and flat doors.

Kit includes PE parts, including the rocket crates, which are a delicate step for beginners. Assembly of the rest of the kit is easy and smooth. Tracks are single piece, the famous or infamous DS tracks by Dragon, with many reports of not tolerate well the pass of the time when kits haven’t been properly stored. Includes decal sheet with 4 markings.
