Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. M1928A 155mm gun, an U.S. built variant of the French Canon de 155 C modèle 1917 Schneider, in modernized variant in the mid 30s, with M1918M1 carriage that had air brakes, new metal wheels, and pneumatic rubber tires for high-speed motor traction. By 1940 around 599 old M1917 and M1918 were modernized to this standard and saw limited service during WWII till total replacement by the 155mm howitzer M1.

Variant of kits First to Fight – 098 – 155mm heavy howitzer M1917 A4 and First to Fight – 088 – Haubica (Howitzer) 155mm M1918 with new parts for gun shield, wheels and others. The kit is similar to First to Fight – 098 – 155mm heavy howitzer M1917 A4 but using the straight shield of the U.S. M1918 made variant rather than curved one of the original French M1917.
