Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a French World War One tank Renault FT-17, considered as the first modern tank designed, that changed and influenced all the further designs and was adopted by a large number of countries after WWI. Many units still were operative with upgrades at the Outbreak of the World War II and during the campaign of France 1940, some of them, being still used by Germans after occupation.

The kit depicts the Berliet turret, a polygonal turret of riveted plate able to accommodate both the Hotchkiss machine gun or the Puteaux gun, the original designed single piece cast turret was unable to properly accommodate the Puteaux. This kind of turret was issued to a great number of the production tanks issued before the end of WWI but in 1918 a new circular turret was designed and produced by Forges et aciéries Paul Girod which eventually became the main turret before the armistice and for the following years. The kit is then appropriated for WWI.

Kit includes PE detail parts, includes option to build the Hotchkiss 8mm M1914 variant or the Puteaux 37mm one. Box contains two models inside.
