FV107 Scimitar Mark2

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British FV107 Scimitar armoured tracked vehicle entered service in 1971. The main armament is a high-velocity 30mm L21 RARDEN cannon.

Mark II was an improvement program started in 2010 introducing several improvements to increase crew survivability and comfort, as well as to reduce maintenance costs.

It’s expected that Scimitars will end their service life in 2023.

Kit includes PE detail parts and metal barrel. Tracks are link and length type and running gear is well detailed and number of parts is high for a so small vehicle in 1/72 scale which usually means a good detailed kit.
