ForeArt – 2006 – M142 HIMARS High Mobility Artillery Rocket System

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), a versatile and mobile multiple rocket launcher designed for precision strikes. Utilized by the U.S. military and various allied forces, the HIMARS platform is mounted on a wheeled chassis, enhancing its agility and rapid deployment capabilities. With the ability to launch a variety of guided and unguided munitions, including the highly effective MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) and the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS), the M142 HIMARS provides long-range precision fires to support a range of military operations, making it a crucial asset for modern artillery units.

In 2022 several HIMARS systems were deployed in Ukraine as parts of the U.S. militar assistance to Ukraine during the conflict with Russia.

Kit includes PE (photo-etched) detail parts and 3D Printed tires for extra level detail in tires pattern.

Markings are unconfirmed yet, some unboxing pictures shows another 3D printed piece with some extra fuel can and another unconfirmed item.
