M3A1 Medium Tank

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. WWII tank M3 Lee, A1 variant, with a single piece rounded cast hull. In general the M3 was not a successful design, despite its powerful 75mm gun for the time of introduction, 1941. All together over 6000 units were produced.

Kit includes a small PE parts sheet. Decal sheet includes two markings. Kit consists of 120 parts, together with 9 PE parts and three soft rubber parts, tracks (single piece) and tow cable.

The cast of the kit excellent as detail is. In the few odds mentionable it could be that not all the hatches or engine deck is openable (but they are not moulded into the hull, are separate parts). Not of our taste either is the gun split in four parts, two for the barrel and two for the muzzle.
