UMMT (Ukrainian Models Military Technics) – 705 – Armored Railroad Car D-37 With The Turret Of The D-13 Armored Car

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of Soviet WWII self-propelled rail car D-37, fitted with D-13 turret, equipped with a 37mm Hotchkiss gun and a DT machine gun. In the sides there was another two DT machine guns (one per side) and in the rear part of the hull there was an anti-aircraft mount with Maxim machine guns, closed by a double-leaf hatch. The hatch was opened for combat firing and installation was raised up.

The D-37 cars were not mass produced but served as base for develop of more advanced cars ad the DT-45 (Ukraine Models Military Technices – 602 – Armored Self-Propelled Railroadcar DT-45). UMMT already used this platform as UMMT (Ukraine Models Military Technics) – 601 – Armored Self-Propelled Railroad Car D-37 with D-38 Turret. Kit includes a large amount of PE parts and the D-13 turret including gun has been 3D printed.
