Tempest F.2 “Export”

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British Hawker Tempest fighter aircraft. The F.2 version (Mk.II) was introduced just after the end of the war. It included tropicalized improvements to fight against Japan in the Pacific theater.

Kit includes decal sheet for 3 markings of Foreign users, one Pakistani and two Indian markings. While Indian Tempest were deployed in Kashmir area conflict from 1947 to 1949, while Pakistan did not deployed them in the area.

Initially both countries got ex British RAF aircrafts, and later they both acquired more Tempests.
