Description:

Micojan MiG-21-93

introduced in 1959 and still in service in some countries as per 2021. Produced in over 11.000 units, it has been flown by over 60 countries around all the world.

Also known as MiG-21UPG, the MiG-21-93 is an upgrade program for export market, with India as first customer, expecting to extend MiG-21 life till 2025, mainly about new radars, improving its air-to-air capabilities. Around 125 aircrafts from Indian Air Force were upgraded in the early mid 2000s to this standard. India continued constant upgrades later.

Sadly any of the releases of this kit by Condor included Indian markings, instead, kit includes a single Russian marking.
