Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Diamond DA42 Twin Star, a twin engined propeller driven aircraft developed in the early 2000s by the Austrian company Diamond Aircraft Industries.

The design has proven to be very successful and has been used by a variety of both civilian and militar operators with several specific variants and it’s the base design for a military unmanned aerial vehicle (Dominator).

The DA42-VI was an improved variant introduced in 2012, with new propeller and aerodynamic clean-ups to the rudder and engine cowling resulting in a higher cruise speed performance. Amodel has produced several models based on the Diamond DA42 Twin Star and continues refining the moulds and adding new parts for the many specific variants released. Kit includes clear parts and decal sheet with three 3 civilian markings, 2 for the EMBRY-RIDDLE AERONAUTICAL UNIVERSITY INC based in Florida and one for a company named FJR CONSULTING INC based in Nevada.
