This Roman Infantry is scheduled for the very late Empire period (4th and 5th centuries), as all the MiniArt range for the Romans.

The box contains 48 foot figures in 12 poses, in the common 4 equal sprue format. You can achieve some variation managing the shields, which are separated and in three different shapes, since only 7 figures per sprue need a shield, and each sprue provide 12 shields, 4 of each shape.

The poses are a mix of infantry men, 4 with spears and 3 with swords, light infantry, two with javelins, two with bows and one slinger.

Without be espectacular, the set is correct. Cast is not very good and you can expect some amount of flash. The set lacks of any special figure such officer or standard bearer, a single sprue with 3 or 4 unique figures would have been very welcome.
