Another set by Mars for the Thirty Years War, depicting the Spanish Tertia with 48 figures in 12 different poses, in a 4 equal sprue configuration.

The configuration of the sprue gives you a total of 20 pikemen, 16 musketeers, 8 swords man (“Rodeleros“) and 4 sargeants with an alabard. Together with other common problems of the Mars moulds and sculpture the pikes are heavily attached to the sprue, making them very difficult to take out in a clean shape.
