Ukrainian Cossack (Infantry) 16 century Set 1

This set contains 28 foot figures in 10 different poses. The set belongs to a trilogy devoted to the Ukrainian Cossack Infantry in the 16th Century and this set in particular covers the pole arms plus a command. Thee set follows the structure of three equal sprues containing six figures in six poses each, plus an unique (command) sprue with four unique figures to include standard bearer, two musician and an officer/noble.

The troop poses are all of them polearms one, and though different poses are included (one standing and one marching) the main bulk are holding a charge or waiting for it, at the ready.

All the figures and in general all this trilogy has good detail and proportioned sculpture, together with a good moulding with little mould lines and almost no flash.
