AZ Model – AZ7859 – Bf 109F-1 “Fridrich are coming”

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII Messerschmitt Bf 109 F-1 variant, the first production variant of the F (Friedrich) series, fitted with one 20 mm MG FF/M Motorkanone firing through the propeller hub. The F-1 first saw action in the Battle of Britain in October 1940 with JG 51 and the kit includes one marking for this JG in the decal sheet, dated December 1940. Bit over 200 F-1s were produced between August 1940 and February 1941.

Note that this kit include also AZ Model – AZ7860 – German Luftwaffe Weapons set and Accessories kit though the weapons included are not used in any of the markings offered by this kit.

Decal sheet include 3 markings, dated 1940, one seems to be a prototype/factory marking without camouflage applied.
