AZ Model – AZ7879 – Bf 109F-2/B with ETC 50

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a German WWII fighter aircraft Messerschmitt Bf 109 in a fighter bomber variant F-2/B with extra parts for an ETC 50 bomb rack and SC50 (50kg) bombs. Kit states to include AZ Model – AZ7860 – German Luftwaffe Weapons set and Accessories which contains several other accessories.

F-2 variant was produced from late 1940 to August 1941, armed with 1 × 15mm (.59 in) MG 151 cannon and 2 × 7.92mm in MG 17, later some of them were retro fitted with the 20mm Mauser MG 151/20. Not a particular bomber variant was built, but the ETC 50 rack was a sort of field kit “easy” to fit into existing aircrafts. Kit includes decal sheet with 3 markings. The kit is probably an update of the F-2 kit tooled in 2016 by AZ.
