Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Grumman OV-1 Mohawk, mainly a light attack and observation aircraft, also widely used for SLAR missions (Side-Looking Airborne Radar).

Unarmed variant of kit Clear Prop – CP72016 – OV-1A / JOV-1A Mohawk. The kit is a super detailed kit which consists of 221 plastic parts plus 134 PE (photo-etched) parts. Is not a recommended set for beginner, as the name of the series indicated, Advanced Kit.

The new decal sheet include 4 new markings, dated from 1979 to 1985, including three U.S. Navy markings and one U.S. Army marking, all belonging to Test Pilot School at Patuxent River, an U.S. Navy base.
