Dora Wings – DW72039 – Vultee Vengeance Mk.II

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Vultee A-31 Vengeance dive bomber introduced in 1941 and produced in around 1900 units. The Vultee Vengeance was not used operationally by the United States but Royal Air Force, the Royal Australian Air Force and the Indian Air Force operated the type in Asia and Pacific theatre.

Kit base tooled in 2024.

Variant of kit Dora Wings – DW72038 – Vultee Vengeance MkI/IA updated with new parts and new decal sheet. Include 4 markings for Royal Australian Air Force (second main user of the type) and a quite interesting amount of PE (photo-etched) details. Kit also include adhesive paint-mask which is a good add-on since canopy of the Vultee Vengeance is not an easy one to pain due its high number of frames.
