Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. World War II Fighter aircraft North American P-51 Mustang, B variant and fitted with a clear slide canopy designed by Robert Malcolm called  Malcolm hoods.

This canopies were a field modification done by British for their Mustangs Mk IIIs and since this solution improved both visibility and the ability to open canopy in flight (not possible with the original framed canopy of the early types) it also was adopted by the U.S. who fitted this solution in many of the P-51B and C.

Kit includes decal sheet with 3 markings for U.S. aircrafts using this kind of canopy during mid 1944.
