Leonardo M-345

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of an Aermacchi M-345, a jet advanced trainer and light attack aircraft developed from the SIAI-Marchetti S.211.

Both aircraft are visually very similar and main of the updates are a new engine and new cockpit, avionics and inner systems of the aircraft, the airframe has been strengthened too.

In 2026 Aermacchi merged into Leonardo S.p.A, giving the new designation of Leonardo M-345.

As per 2022, Italian air force is the only operator of the type with 18 units confirmed. The Italian military designation of the aircraft is T-345A.

Tooled and released in 2022, kit includes a decal sheet with three Italian markings, including prototype, one in service and one display aircraft.
