Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a British Blackburn Buccaneer, a carrier capable attack jet aircraft developed in mid 50s and introduced in service in 1962 an remaining operative till 1994.

During the 1991 Gulf War Buccaneers operated as target laser designation role for Tornados. As the laser range finder pod hadn’t night capabilities they only operated day missions.

Based in the original Matchbox kit tooled in 1974, with updated decals for Gulf War 1991 and released in 1992, the last time that Matchbox released the HS Buccaneer. Revell re-issued this kit in 2015 also with markings (same) for Gulf War.
