Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Swedish Saab 37 Viggen multi-role combat aircraft, in an AJ-37 variant, the fighter-bomber variant of the series. Introduced in the late 60s, the type was retired from service in 2007. When introduced was the most advanced combat aircraft of the time, the first to introduce a digital central computer and integrated circuits (micro-chips) for its avionics systems.

Special Hobby Saab 37 Viggen kits comes originally from the Tarangus (Swedish manufacturer) kit tooled in 2018.

Includes decal sheet with one (Swedish) special marking used in the early 2000s before the retirement of the J-37s, replaced by the JAS-39 Gripen.
