Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a U.S. Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II, a fifth-generation multi-role stealth fighter aircraft developed for the United States Air Force and allied nations. As part of the larger F-35 family, which includes variants for the Navy (F-35C) and Marine Corps (F-35B), the F-35A is designed for conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) operations. It features advanced avionics, sensor fusion, and a low-observable design, making it a versatile platform capable of performing air-to-air and air-to-ground missions. The F-35A is equipped with a powerful radar system, the AN/APG-81 AESA radar, providing superior situational awareness and the ability to engage multiple targets simultaneously. Decal sheet include 3 markings, one U.S. marking and two Japanese markings. Include also seat pilot figure and paint mask. Kit offers several options as to Stealth, Air-To-Air or Beast configurations, as well as optional CS (radar cross section) enhancers. The payload include two (2) AIM-9X Sidewinder Missiles and four (4) GBU-12 Paveway II Bombs. Canopy can be build open or close and stencils are exhaustive. For many this is currently the best F-35A 1/72 kit in the market.
