Wolfpack Design – WP17216 – T-33A Shooting Star

Description:

Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a subsonic jet trainer aircraft Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star developed for the US Air Force in the late 40s. Largely produced (over 6400 units) operated in the USAF till early 60s and far beyond in other Air Forces. The type was widely exported or sold as surplus with over 40 different countries operating the type around the world, some of them till well entered the 2000s and with some units still in operational service.

Premium Kit line by Wolfpack Design reusing Platz kit parts (tooled in 2012, also issued under Italeri brand in 2020), with a new decal sheet including two ROKAF (South Korean Air Force) and one USAF marking. Include also a new resin cast part. Kit consists of around 60 plastic parts, also include paint mask.
