Airfix – Fort Apache

Airfix included the Wild West playset in the 1969 catalogue for first time, although sources state the set was available since several years before. Initially it included Airfix – 01708 – American Indians, Airfix – 01715 – Wagon Train and Airfix – 01722 – U.S. Cavalry, plus the fort. The fort, appeared as stand alone without figures for first time in the next year catalogue, as Fort Apache in 1970. They both were released till 80s and in 1993, they appeared for a last time, as “Fort Apache & Figurines Set” but without the Wagon Train set.
