Unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale of a Soviet Luna 1 space carrier rocket launched in 1959, the first launch, intended as a lunar impactor, passed within 5,995 kilometres of the Moon’s surface ending into orbit around the Sun between the orbits of Earth and Mars.
Be prepared to do a bit of parts cleanup, filling and sanding for assembly, cast is not clean.
The range of Soviet SS6 SAPWOOD rockets (R-7 Semyorka launcher) related releases by Mach 2 is largely out of production and unavailable. Marketplace section for this kit is closed.
